Question: I have been cheated by Herbalife and lost Rs.2,225/-. Can anybody help me to tell about Herbalife weight loss?

Herbalife people have cheated me by promising me for the Home-Based Business through which I can earn thousands of Dollars just from home. I have joined them to do the business and not to use the products. Then they told me to use the products for which they have forced me to pay Rs.2,225 and I have to use those food suppliments. Now I dont want to use them and I want to get my money back but Im recieving abusive letters from my Distributor. This way they are cheating the people and making money. Can anyone tell me about these products? its business and its after using results. Does they really work??? Can I really become rich by using herbalife dieting supplements and advertising it to others. Is it not harmful to health to stay on these suppliments?

Question: What proof do i need to know that a business (loan firm) is legitimate?

I need to borrow SGD $75,000 to furnish a bond, Does anyone know of any legitimate lenders(Singapore and international)?
I found someone who claims to be an international moneylender, Lance Hopkinson. What proof do i need from him to know that his business is legitimate? He has shown me his EU identity card and certificate of incorporation but i am not convinced as these documents can be photoshopped.
