Question: Is there $$$$ help for women who want to purchase a commerical property to begin a home based business?

There is a property that I was interested in purchasing to begin a home based daycare in. I own a home, should I take out a second mortgage or are there a programs out there that helps women like myself begin their own business? I plan to begin small (as required by law) until I can get licensed. This property is just to good to pass up and I'm concerned that if I don't jump on this opportunity I'll loose it.

Answer: The amount of small businesses making $250,000 or more are no more than 10 percent. I talked to a small business owner today who owns 2 businesses...he stated that the total profit from both doesn't amount to $250,000. He's voting for obama.
