Question: Book suggestion for a first time accounting student.?
I am taking a online business class called Accounting Fundamentals. The course covers basic book keeping topics such as the general ledger, general journal, accounts payable journal, accounts receivable, balance sheet and trial balance. The class is approaching it's final exam and it's been fun. But I would like to further my skills and also home in on more accounting. Perhaps some one in the Yahoo community could suggest a structured book and author for a first time accounting student like me. Thanks.

Intermediate accounting, cost accounting, and financial management textbook.
I love accounting too I am currently working on my bachelors degree on-line. Intermediate accounting was my favorite. I may be sick but I think accounting is relaxing.
