Answer: Hiya, It may pay you to ring Brisbane City Council and find out what suburbs, if any, don't have a two story height restriction. Bardon, Ashgrove, The Gap, Paddington are all two stories max. The smallest blocks of land, or knock-downs, here go for around $500,000 so you may have to look at suburbs further out.
