Question: Can you store inventory in your home for business?
I want to start an online ebay business, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to store inventory in my home. Does anyone know if this is allowed? I live in Sacramento California so information regarding this specific area will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
If the answer is no, then are there any other options to store inventory and still run a Home Based Business?

Answer: You can not conduct business from a home IF it annoys the neighbors and creates truck traffic. Think Avon or May Kay or any of the home party lines of business. If you are discreet you will be fine - you display your goods in your driveway and open for business - no you can't.
