Question: How often do I have to file taxes for a small business?

I have a Home Based Business, I currently have my business tax receipt formally known as occupational license, and I wanted to know how often do I have to file for taxes in Florida, is it every 3 months or once a year?

Question: Why am I in violation?

I have gotten a violation notice on three answers that I have posted. They were all questions regarding working from home on the internet. I answered them by saying they could go to my blog and get more info there. I tried to answer their question as specifically as possible. I am not trying to illegally "advertise", but I thought the whole point was to give an answer to people's questions. If they are asking about a Home Based Business then I don't think by answering it should cause a violation.

It could be that your answers were reported as someone thought they were spam. If they are not, explain this to the team at the Wrongful Violation Forum and they may overturn the violations and return your points.

Directing people to the same link over and over is a grey area in Yahoo! Answers, and one I have asked from clarification on before. I've yet to recieve a satisfactory response.

The Community Guidelines state "Don't Post content for advertising or commercial purposes." - this is very vague and I can see why you were reported. Take it up with the team, they will be able to give you Yahoo's opinion on this.
