Home Business Directory Script

Question: I have been editing and hosting my site on a professional server, now I want to make an exact copy on my pc..?
I have been using a professional ecommerce site to host my business' site. The home page is an .aspx file (index.aspx) and I started trying to download the site and the javascript .js files and images etc... but I'm wondering if there are any programs to do this?
Of course just downloading it in firefox or IE doesn't work because you need all the scripts etc... so it doesn't show up correctly. I want to start working on the site in dreamweaver that I just got but I need to know how to download and apportion all the files in proper directories so it is an exact mirror that I can experiment with before I upload.
The only other option is starting from scratch and then uploading my pages, but I still want to use some of the host's functions and polls and things I made from their "templates." Then the best option is to 'mirror' that site on my computer, which I need help figuring out how to do.
Are there any programs or instructional pages on how to do this?
Thank you so much.
Answer: There are programs that will let you clone your website with all its directories onto your hard drive. Frontpage can do this. I used it to move from one host to another. Dreamweaver probably also has an option to do this.
Here is a list of other programs that will allow you to get your full website with all the subdirectories on your hard drive. http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=website%20ripper.
You can use Microsoft web server the child of IIS to run it.
