Question: Anyway to report a reckless driver without insurance?
My neighbor always drive very fast, last summer he killed my cat, when i went to his home, his brother came out and said we can pay for your cat(was very rude)i came to know from another neighbor that for past 20 years he been driving without insurance even tho he has a big business, is there a way or place where i can complain that he is driving with no insurance?i live in Ontario.

Answer: I would report him to the police (especially since he killed your cat!!) Although it may not be your business that he does not have auto insurance, you may be helping someone out should he have a future accident! Keep that in mind!
