Question: Do i need a business licence for a partnership t-shirt company operating out of my home?
Essentially it will be a small Home Based Business, but ran by myself and another individual.
I am located in Georgia. I just don't want to purchase a license if it isn't required. Thanks a lot!
Answer: It would depend on the city ordinances or if you live in a sub-division with deed restrictions if you have walk-in traffic. The biggest problem could be the taxman. If you don't have a license and are not collecting sales tax you could be screwed.
