Question: Is it possible to run a business out of your home in DC?

We want to rent a townhouse or single family home in Washington DC. And my husband wants to run a business out of the walkout basement(or similar), which means it would have to be zoned commercial. Does such a property exist? Thanks!

Answer: There will not be much, you need to use a commercial RE agent in order to find commerical property that you can also live in that is also available for rent.

Answer: If you are from the US, there are some options available, and they dont need any large investments.
It is not surveys or shopping and all that rubbish. Not even selling or affiliate marketing.
