Question: Will I kill myself or will I become a drug addict or both? (part 2 of 2)?

...(continued from part 1)... so no babysitting. I know that if I had a Home Business I would be happy, a better parent and a better husband, brother, friend and human. I have prayed, I have tried many websites out there offering Home Businesses and systems, but most are scams. If you are a stay at home parent and/or own a successful Home Business, please, please, please give me some ideas for Work at Home so that I can feel like a productive human. I am so sick of Barney, Elmo, Blue's Clues, Backyardigans, Dora The Explorer and all the other programs I'm forced to sit through all day! It doesn't have to be a secret business with a small niche. It can be an assembly at home type of thing too. I don't want to take anything away from anyone else in any business; I just want to work and make money and feel alive again. I really worry that I'm nearing the end of my rope and don't think I can hold on much longer. Even though I hate to ask for help; I'm asking... PLEASE HELP ME.

Answer: My dad has degenerative back disease and fibra myalga. he used to be very upset all the time and felt helpless, he had pain med's prescribed to him and he got addicted, it was some of the worst time's in my life, he would go through withdraws from them, and would be suicidal and he even beat me up one time, I moved out and he eventually realized what was happening, he told the doc, and had him to prescribe him something smaller, So if you get Med's I know you'll need them, just be care-full. you have your wife and son. You should be able to draw disability,if you can get a doc to say, your disabled and not able to work. it ain't much but a person learns to survive, especially if they have motivation, so try and hang in there.

Answer: Hi,

It depends on the type of the business; for example some companies offer you ( to be your own business owner, but still you work for them , like become an independent agent, or broker, .etc....) in such case you most probably need a computer, access to the internet, and may be a small space in your home for the service or product that you sell for yourself and the company you work with.

One tip, be very careful when you choose the company you like to work for , some are very flexible and give you the opportunity to establish your own business without even a substantial amount of money, but some only left you without this privilege and you stay as an agent only.

Question: My employer has closed down, told everyone to go home and taken all the stock and hidden it. Is this fraud.?

My employer has sent all the staff home 2 weeks ago. Closed the business down and shipped out to an unknown secret
[ I heard a driver saying this] destination. Now we are told there is no money to pay the our wages for the past month or other creditors.

Answer: I think you can safely say that you have been made redundant by the fact that you were sent home and the employer has removed the stock. Notice of termination does not have to be given in writing, but it does have to be conveyed and I think your employer has conveyed it! You should therefore sign on asap as you are losing benefits.
The liquidator should be contacting all the employees foromally, if only to issue your P45's, but it sounds as if this whole thing is a mess. I believe there is a government scheme which pays the wages and any redundancy pay for insolvent companies - you should really be talking to the liqidator about this.
Re the 'stolen' stock, if you want my advice, stay out of it unless you are 100% sure of your facts.Make sure you collect what is due to you and carry on with your life.
