There's no such thing. None. There are grants for INNOVATIVE businesses...not people buying and selling on ebay since clearly millions already do it without a grant. That's just silly.

I tried reading the wikipedia site. It didn't make a lot of sense. It was all acronyms.
What I can't figure out is why I would NEED a VPN? Is it just for security?

Answer: You company may already have a VPN. I would talk to your IT people first before installing anything. Typically you can't just install a VPN client on a remote computer and access a corporate network.
